Harmonized Creations began when sound therapy entered my practice. Seeing the benefits and versatility of sound in combination with my meditation, breath, yoga, and energy practices created this harmony - transforming Bella Joan Creations into Harmonized Creations. 

I am passionate about natural healing modalities, practices, personal development, and helping others - inspiring others to give back to themselves and help heal themselves with daily, weekly, and monthly practices. Through challenges in life, I dove deeper into ways to assist myself through them. Finding more grace in dealing with challenges as my practices expanded and deepened, I knew I needed to start sharing the tools and lessons I have learned along the journey.

Combining modalities of sound, meditation, yoga, grounding, energy work, channelling and working with angels, connecting with nature, eating clean and healthy, moving my body, resting, and using the breath to find balance and harmony within myself and my life allows me to return home, be in alignment, and feel rooted, centred, calm, strong, and graceful in my authenticity.

My goal is to empower you to shift your frequency by utilizing the modalities that align and work for you, allowing your authentic self to shine with rooted strength and grace.
