This year, I’m showing up as a WOMAN FOR WISHES for Make-A-Wish® Canada, to help raise funds to help children with critical illnesses in my community!  

Did you know that every 20 minutes, a child receives the daunting diagnosis of a critical illness? And every single hour, three more children join this brave battle. In the face of such staggering odds, the need for our support is constant, urgent, and unwavering.  

Every child deserves to experience the sheer magic of having a wish granted. Whether meeting their favourite superhero, going on a dream vacation, or simply experiencing a moment of pure joy, wishes can transform lives. However, countless children still wait for their wishes to come true. This is where we, as Women for Wishes, step in.  

Our mission is simple yet profound: to raise funds and awareness for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, ensuring every eligible child can experience the life-changing power of a wish. Through our collective efforts, we can significantly impact the lives of children battling critical illnesses, offering them hope, strength, and the courage to keep fighting.  

That's why I'm participating. I have an ambitious goal of personally raising $10,000. I know that with support from people like you, I will reach my goal! I’m one of 100+ incredible women across Canada coming together to raise $1 million in 2024. The money raised will help bring every eligible child's wish to life because a granted wish is an integral part of a child's treatment journey.
